 LMRH’s unique system, experience, and extensive network of providers allow us to successfully manage vacation rental properties in Arizona.

LMRH's approach combines strategic interior design, smart home technology, and curated amenities to create vacation rental experiences that outperform the competition. Every property we take on receives a customized plan built around one goal: generate the highest possible return for the least amount of capital.

Our system was developed through managing over 70 luxury vacation rentals across Arizona. We know what drives bookings in Scottsdale versus Flagstaff, which amenities actually move the needle on nightly rate, and how to stage a property so it photographs well and converts browsers into guests.
